Prohibited conduct
- Any illegal use, or use that facilitates illegal activity.
- Harassment, intimidation or pile-on campaigns against any person.
- Discriminatory targeting, including targeting people by protected or sensitive characteristics.
- Unlawful surveillance or monitoring of individuals.
- Political manipulation, astroturfing or coordinated inauthentic activity.
- Creating or operating fake accounts.
- Unauthorised scraping of social platforms or third-party services.
- Bypassing social-platform safeguards, rate limits or terms.
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the service.
- Attempting to discover system prompts, secrets, model configuration or other organisations' data.
No final decisions about individuals
PublicVoiceShield must not be used to make, or materially determine, final decisions about employment, policing, benefits, immigration, healthcare or legal guilt. Outputs are decision support for communications work only.
Enforcement
Suspected breaches may lead to suspension or termination of access and, where appropriate, notification to the relevant authorities.
