Terms of Use

The service is provided to organisations and their authorised team members for professional communications work. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your organisation.

• Keep your credentials confidential and do not share accounts.
• Tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.
• Ensure the information in your account and organisation profile is accurate.

Organisation owners and administrators control membership, roles and organisation settings, including retention configuration. They are responsible for granting access only to people who need it and for removing access promptly.

• You are responsible for all content you submit.
• You confirm that you have authority and a lawful basis to upload and analyse it.
• You must not upload confidential, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary personal data.
• Remove private contact details, home addresses, financial information and unrelated sensitive data before submission.

• AI outputs are recommendations, not legal, political, medical or other professional advice.
• Human review is mandatory before publishing a reply or taking a moderation action.
• No guarantee is given that classifications, risk scores or suggested replies are correct.
• Threats, safeguarding, criminal allegations, doxxing and live legal matters are always routed to a person.

PublicVoiceShield must not be used to:

• harass or intimidate people;
• manufacture fake public support;
• impersonate users;
• automate political manipulation;
• target people using protected or sensitive characteristics;
• suppress legitimate criticism merely because it is negative;
• make automated legal or criminal findings;
• scrape platforms unlawfully;
• violate social-platform terms; or
• upload threats, doxxing or illegal material, except where strictly necessary for authorised review and handled safely.

• You retain ownership of the content you submit and of your organisation's records.
• PublicVoiceShield and Mohammad Asif, trading as PublicVoiceShield retain ownership of the platform, its branding, prompts, models of operation and all proprietary components.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party providers or events outside our control. No uptime commitment is given at this stage.

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy are breached, where required by law, or where continued use presents a security or safety risk. You may close your account at any time.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, goodwill or reputation, or for decisions taken by you or your organisation in reliance on AI recommendations. This clause is a draft and must be reviewed by a qualified adviser before public launch.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
